How Much is Your Commission? This is the very first question in seller's mind, when they meet a Real Estate sales Representative and this is fair enough to know. I will quote you my fee in writing before we start and you can cancle the contract any time, if you are not satisfied with my services with out any obligation to you.
During years of my experience, I have learned how to control my overheads, and in turn, how to save sellers commission. Whatever I save in my overheads, I pass over to my clients and part of it adds to my marketing budget. More marketing budget means more exposure for houses I list. So, I provide more exposure to your house, and at the same time, less commission cost to you as a seller. How much does a buyer pay? The buyer does not pay a penny. As a buyer agent, I get paid from the seller's listing brokerage, which is 2.5% of purchase price. Some times, seller brokerage offer less then 2.5%, I still do not charge back to my buyers. All my buyers receive my service at no cost to them.

- Weather permitting and at your convenience, I conduct open houses until your house is sold.
